How we make it
- Design and engineering
A 3D model and structural review by our multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Laser cutting
We cut holes in plates and beams with our laser machine.
- Welding and assembly
We weld and assemble the A-frames and the deck structure.
- Painting
We paint the structure before it leaves the plant.
- Installation
We erect the structure on your plot with our own crew.
Options
- From your drawing or your idea.
- Deck at the front or all around.
- Aluzinc roof, plain or tile profile.
Installation and care
- We erect the structure on your site with our own crew.
- The Coast Plan checks for rust and salt-air corrosion, touches up paint and anchors and checks the bolts and welds.
It leaves the plant with its QR-code plate: date and place of fabrication, inspections and tests, warranty, use and care manual, maintenance history and a button to request service.

Do you build the whole house?
We fabricate and erect the steel frame. The finishes (timber, glass, stone) are scope to suit your project.
Do I need drawings?
You do not need a full set: you can start with a photo or a hand sketch. We model it in 3D and our engineering team reviews the structure.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size and the design. Send us a drawing, a photo or a hand sketch and we quote it: a clear price, with what it includes and the delivery time.
Do you work outside Bávaro?
Yes. We work all over the Dominican Republic and abroad.
